Mr. Andrew Sears is the Director of Youth Ministries an Kaitlin  Bryan the Assistant to the Director at Trinity Presbyterian Church.
Trinity Church’s Philosophy of Youth Ministry
is one which affirms the centrality of the home and the position of the father as leader of his home.
A concerted effort is made to minister to the youth of Trinity in a “covenantal” manner.

Ordinary Means of Grace

The very center of our ministry is the Word of God. We teach our students the centrality of the Word of God, prayer, and the necessity of corporate worship as well as the participation in the sacraments. Moreover, the central message that we proclaim is that of Christ and him crucified for the salvation of sinners.

Family-Based

We believe that God deals with families so we seek to minister to the covenant kids of our congregation through means of discipleship alongside the ministry of our parents. We acknowledge that we only serve to assist, help, and encourage the ministry of parents, not replace the ministry of the parents. Therefore, we see our ministry to the youth as a ministry directed towards the entire family.

Relational

Our staff and volunteers seek to spend as much time with our students as possible through school events, lunches, coffee meetings, sports events, small groups, large group, and youth trips. Through these, we are able to invest in the lives of our students and build lasting relationships with them.

Discipleship-oriented

Our goal for our covenant children is that they would claim Christ as their own and grow up into spiritual maturity. We love to have fun and play silly games, but our focus is to raise up the next generation of Christ-lovers who will unapologetically live out their faith in the classroom, workplace, community, and home.
