Trinity Presbyterian Church is again sponsoring a "Community Prayer Meeting" in observance of the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court Decision that legalized abortion in the USA. It was on January 22, 1973 that the Supreme Court ruled that the States could no longer prohibit the practice of abortion in our land. The purpose of this meeting is NOT political in nature. It is an opportunity to gather in remembrance of the unborn children who have been lost to the practice of abortion in our land. It is an opportunity to pray for those ministries like Choices of the Heart (the pregnancy center here in Statesboro) which extend the mercy and compassion of Jesus to women who are experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. The prayer meeting will be held at TPC from 4:30 until 5:00 pm on Sunday afternoon, January 22, 2023. The public is welcome to join us!
